About this product…
Post trims are pieces of material that wrap around the bottom of your 4x4 post sleeves or posts in order to bridge the gap between your columns and your decking. Post trims can offer more cohesion or an aesthetically pleasing transition from the materials of your columns to the materials of your decking. If you’re working on a deck or porch project and are looking for a classic or subdued style post trim, consider this vinyl option for a fraction of the hassle and cost of real wood. Not only is the vinyl option cost-effective, these products are crafted using weather-resistant vinyl, making this product durable and incredibly low-maintenance.
Since these trims are one piece, you must slide the trim over the post sleeve. These trims do not work with sleeves that are pre-existing, or already installed in your decking that are holding up a roof. If you cant drop this over the top we suggest the 4 piece trim.
