About this product…

The Internal Structural Posts by RDI are a cost-effective, easeful option for homeowners intending to wrap their posts with post sleeves. These steel posts are offered in two different mounting styles; the flush mount and the fascia mount. The flush mount is secured to the surface of the deck, while the fascia mount is secured to the side of the deck. Wrapped around the hot-dipped galvanized steel structural posts are multiple points of vinyl excursion centers, which support the prospective post sleeve or newel. These excursions create greater stability and load bearing capacity by transferring the load placed on the railing to the structure below the deck surface.

These posts can be mounted to either the deck frame or a surface mount.

Along with sustainability, these posts come in two different lengths, 36” or 42”, allowing the customer flexibility and choice when customizing their outdoor area.
